Rome - The draft law on the immunity of the highest offices of State, that could benefit Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, has passed the House this morning for a preliminary ruling on the constitutionality of the obstacle presented by the opposition. Against the rulings have Members voted 296, while you were 230 and 27 abstentions. Immediately after the voting has begun in the classroom of Deputies the debate on the bill, which should be voted on by the evening, before moving to the Senate.
